Multiple computers?
Yes. Connect on as many browsers as you need. They all share the same confirmed Amazon Relay company and the same dashboard.
Need 2–3 carriers at once?
That's Riley Pro+. Open each carrier board once to add seats (up to 3 Relay companies). You can switch or replace seats from Profile when you're on Pro+.
Linked the wrong company on Pro?
No problem — email support@riley-pulse.com with your Riley Pulse login and the correct Amazon Relay company name, and we'll sort it out. Please never send Amazon passwords. If you regularly work across several carriers, Riley Pro+ supports up to 3 Relay companies.
