Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 21, 2026
This policy explains how Riley Pulse collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the website, dashboard, and browser extension.
What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, password hash, plan status, billing/subscription state, and account preferences.
- Extension data: settings, access/session state, filters, local Chrome storage values, and device-link information needed to synchronize extension access with your Riley Pulse account.
- Usage rollups: counts such as searches, successful claims, failed claims, session timestamps, and other summary activity used to show dashboard usage.
- Carrier performance snapshot: when a supported board exposes carrier score data such as batting-order or L6AW style values, the linked extension may send score, grade, scoring period, or market code so the dashboard can display them.
- Payment references: payment, order, subscription, or invoice identifiers needed to apply and maintain paid access. We do not store full card numbers, CVV values, or card PINs.
- Website analytics (first-party): page path, approximate country from the hosting provider's IP geolocation (not GPS), timestamps, a random visitor id in your browser, and — when you are signed in — your account email so we can show founders which pages accounts visit. We hash IP addresses for abuse prevention and do not store precise location coordinates.
- Support communications and logs: emails you send to support plus standard website hosting logs such as IP address, user-agent, and timestamps for reliability and abuse prevention.
How we collect it
We collect information directly from you when you create an account, subscribe, contact support, connect the extension, or change settings. We also collect limited technical data automatically through normal website hosting logs, browser storage, and extension-to-account synchronization.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, verify payments, enforce Free and paid access rules, connect the extension to your account, show dashboard activity and carrier performance summaries, understand which website pages are visited (including approximate country from IP for product and support), respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and maintain product security and reliability.
Cookies, local storage, and browser storage
Riley Pulse uses browser storage for extension settings, access state, and session behavior, and may use standard website cookies or similar storage for sign-in and basic website functionality. The marketing site may store a random visitor id in local storage for first-party page analytics, and may also use Google Analytics (GA4) when configured. Disabling these features may prevent parts of the service from working properly, or limit analytics collection only.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers used to run Riley Pulse, including our website host, database provider, email provider, analytics provider (Google Analytics), and our payment processor. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments as applicable to their role.
Payments
Paid plans are processed by our payment processor on this website. Card and local payment entry happens on the processor side — never inside the Chrome extension. Riley Pulse stores only the payment metadata needed to apply access, reconcile billing, and manage subscription status.
Retention and your choices
We retain account, payment-reference, device-link, fraud-prevention, and support records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service and comply with legal or operational obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion of eligible account information by contacting support. Removing the extension clears its local Chrome storage when the browser completes removal.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards such as HTTPS/TLS, password-hash storage, account access controls, and limited payment metadata handling. No system can promise absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and respond to issues promptly.
What we do not do
We do not sell your load-board data. We do not request or upload platform passwords, one-time security codes, or session cookies. We do not claim ownership of your carrier account, and we do not upload full load listings or search result tables simply to operate the dashboard summaries described above.
Age limits
Riley Pulse is intended for adult business users. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Independent product
Riley Pulse is an independent product. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of Amazon or any Amazon service.
We do not use Amazon logos, Amazon trade dress, or Amazon-owned product names as our brand. Any third-party marks mentioned are for compatibility identification only and belong to their owners.

Third-party platform account issues (access, suspensions, rates, availability, or board changes) are handled by that platform, not by Riley Pulse. See our Terms and About pages for full details.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above will be revised when the updated version becomes effective.
